I bought a Samsung soundbar and * rear speakers for around $***. It’s been a few months of trying to get the voice to be louder and the sounds*explosions to be more quiet and there’s nothing I can do. I cannot hear anyone speak on movies. I get it’s past the return policy. I called the bangor Maine store and they said there’s nothing they could do. Even though I’m willing to spend all that money or more on another system from there store. If this is how I’m going to be treated I’m not going to purchase from Best Buy in the future. Please help me if you can even if I have to pay a restocking fee since I do not have the boxes anymore. Anything helps thanks!
