warranty was * days past due on watch I purchased and they said "too bad" . went in previously that month with no help and just left-asked to talk to manager and she said she was-asked about the watch and she pointed me to someone else. no help at all. me being in customer service-she did not even care to my concerns-would like my watch fixed- its been not not charging for a while now just could not make time to bring it in earlier-
