Order * BBY**-*************I ordered Google Home Hub on line for a Christmas present for my son. Yesterday he gave it back to me stating he did not want it.*I went to a local store in Omaha only to find I was past the date to return the item and could only get a store credit. I ordered on line because I was unable to go in person due to health reasons. I am over ** yrs old and on a limited income. I never ordered online from Best Buy so I was unaware of the return policy. I spoke to a manager and said I did not want store credit as I had nothing to buy there. He said it never expires. I don't care that it never expires. This is holding up my money. I feel I am entitled to a credit on my Visa card for $***.**. I asked him for an exception and he said no. I told him I would be contacting the home office and he said, ok, you do that. $***.** is a lot of money to me. I did not see the return guidelines when I ordered online.*Please let me know how I can return to store credit and get a complete refund. Thank you very much.
