I bought a curved TV and it was defective so I return it they kept the tv and I receive a return receipt that says that I will receive a refund mail check refund and it past * weeks and i don't receive the check yet so I went to the store to ask why and they said they cancel the refund check and they will not give my money back but the have the tv and I have the return receipt so I have to contact the FTA or pay a lawyer so they give me my money back or what?
