You Get Human expected me to wait on line to speak to a rep at BEST Buy. HOWEVER how can I do that if I am replacing my ONLY PHONE because it's BROKEN and not functioning! Delayed orders are typically fulfilled within * days. However, as soon as your item becomes available, we'll send an e-mail letting you know it's on the way. **We will keep your order open and continue to work on getting your item(s) to you until February **, ****. If your item(s) are still not available by this date, we'll cancel the item(s) and notify you via e-mail. *Order **BBY**-************ * How can I wait for someone on the phone when I don't HAVE A FUNCTIONING PHONE! * That is what started this whole thing! I DONT HAVE A WORKING PHONE. Plus I'm disabled so I ordered it with the understanding it would arrive when they said. I can't and won't wait up to a month, much less another week or more. I can get it or another model somewhere else so I can actually have a phone! I didn't refuse to wait for a call! I can't GET ANY on my phone!!!
