Hi, my name is Cristi*n Ralda. Today, Thursday January *, **** I had a tremendous unpleasant experience while shopping at one of your automatic vending machines and will like support from your side. I bought a “Soundsport wireless Headphone by Bose" at the D Terminal near the men’s restroom using the automatic vending machine in Macarran International Airport. The EStore name is “BBA***LASD”, City: Las Vegas, State, NV, terminal ID: ***, transaction ID: **. The transaction went trough at **:** am, using a VISA card ending in ****, with authorization code ******, I was charged $***.**. Instead of receiving the headphones I paid for, the machine erroneously delivered a “Wall Tap * port by Insignia”, though I was charged for Bose Soundsport headphones! My customer service PIN number is **** *** **** ****** and a case has been opened with reference number ****-*****. During a call, around **:**am this morning, a customer support agent, identified as“Rob” with employee number A*******, confirmed that a refund will take place in the next couple of hours (which has not yet been effective). I am currently traveling to my hometown, Guatemala (no Best Buy there), with no plans to return to the United States in the near future, a visit to a Best Buy Store to proceed with the refund is not an option! Since your machine is located in an international airport, you must take into account that the customer is very probably taking an international flight, and will not be able to do a store visit in person in case the machines fail (as it did!)
