I bought an apple iPad Pro pencil and case on Thanksgiving*Black Friday. The gifts were wrapped immediately. This morning my husband opens his gift and the pencil box is empty. It was handed to me by a sales associate. I was also handed a case for the iPad and it’s the wrong generation model so it’s too big. All items were purchased inOmaha, Ne. The nearest store to me for mr to return*exchange is ** miles. I am frustrated beyond words! How do I get a pen or my money back? I have receipts but nothing more than a package for the pen. Just to add to how frustrated I am with Best Buy, I had also purchased an iPad Pro, which I had to return the next day because I was sold the wrong model and one with cellular, which I Didn’t want. This is poor customer service. To simplify the process, I would like my credit card credited for the pencil that wasn’t in the package. A postage paid label can be sent to me to return the case and a credit can also be issued to my card for this purchase. I am more than happy to provide copies of my receipts.
