order *BBY**-*****************I purchased and received this receiver for my son's birthday, *on Dec **st. When I purchased it the offer included free installation. When he took the receiver to his local best buy to have the receiver installed ,*they would not do it without a redemption code, which I was not provided. They were very rude to him and said they would charge over $*** to install it and couldn't get to it until end of January. my son told them he would return it *and rebuy it to get the free install and was told they still would not do free install.
