The below information was my purchase as a Christmas gift to my brother and opened just tonight - my brother asked about the offer of software and an email link download. I see the offer has a random date which "started" exactly seven days after my purchase (November ** - February *) here http:**xfxforce.com*en-us*promotions*bestbuy**I'm asking as a long time Best Buy member if you'll make this available at the email address below (one on my Best Buy account information). I certainly couldn't have known about the then "future offer" and as I say it certainly seems a random date to reach back to rather than my purchase on November *. It would mean a lot to me and him if you would honor the offer and send me a link. Time is short and local store does not have the product in stock or we could do a return and repurchase - that's a lot of trouble and wouldn't make the date of claiming the code by December ** just six days away.*Thank you for your consideration.
