My name is Abraham Stoner. I have been a life long customer and a very loyal one, I enjoy supporting your business and taking advantage of the many sales and promotions your company often offer. I have always had a good experience with customer service, until today, that is...*I placed an online order which I proceeded to pick up not long after. When I went to pick up my items, one of them (an air fryer). When it was brought to the counter, I noticed that the box was a bit damaged, and since I purchase said item for a gift, I kindly asked the person in charge of the register if she could please replaced it* for a better one of the same item. The lady was obviously annoyed by my request, and was extremely rude. They brought me a different item than the one I purchased and she become even more irritated and annoyed when I pointed out that it wasn't the same one I wanted. She was rude and she even asked me what was my problem and if I was taking the damaged item or not!*I felt very pressured and uncomfortable with her attitude and I felt that I had no choice but to take the damaged item it since they made felt bad about bothering them.*I was feeling very unhappy and unwelcome after that incident, and as I made my way out of store, I told the person by the door that checks the receipts and merchandise about the bad experience with that lady at the pick up section... "okay, sorry to hear that" is that all he said and dismissed me in a very rude way too.*I'm writing you to let you know how disappointed I am that I have to be treated so poorly and rude when all I want to do is to support your business and to be a loyal customer. If I am to be treated that way, maybe I should go elsewhere where I can be appreciated and treated as a valued customer.*The store in question is the one at PGA Blvd, in Palm Beach Gardens in Florida.**Sincerely,**Abraham Stoner.******@***.com
