I realize that it is Christmas time, and that store pick up may take a little longer* however, it SHOULD not take an entire work day. I cancelled my order instead of shopping with you. Ridiculous. I even called the store before cancelling * HOURS before I cancelled and her excuse was that they had a little over *** orders to pull. If you can't pull *** items in * or * hours then you are quite obviously UNDERSTAFFED. While I can understand to an extent, your website says **min to * hours with holiday traffic. If you cannot meet those expectations, then you should notify customer immediately with an anticipated ETA. I went to the store, and their response, "Sorry. Nothing we can do. It isn't ready." Are you kidding me? I could have simply walked and picked it up, but you would not allow that. UNACCEPTABLE!

GetHuman1815162 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
