We bought a Hisense TV (H** series, *K UHD Smart TV) in Aug **** from Best Buy. We sinc-ed the remote and the TV worked just fine. Then one day months later, the TV got out of sinc with the remote, and no matter what I did, the TV would not sinc again with the remote. I then went on Youtube and this one person who made a video about this same problem said, he solved it by sinc-ing the remote with another TV and then coming back to his TV. That worked. So I went to Best Buy TV department in Irvine and asked if they could sinc my remote to one of their TV's and they said they would not do that. It was against policy. I then went to a computer repair store and asked them to please sinc my remote to one of their TV's, which they did (even though I was not a customer and had not bought anything from them), and they sinc-ed the remote in less than * minute. I brought the remote back home and the remote worked again on my TV set. That happened about one year ago. Now my TV remote is out of sinc again with my TV. I called Abe at the Geek Squad in Irvine (I have a two year contract with them) and he could not help me, but he called and spoke to Mark in the TV department, who said that I have to bring the "unit" and the TV remote into the store in order for them to sinc them together. Really?? My "unit" is a flat screen **" TV set! What a job that would be. There has to be a better solution to this problem that should have never happened in the first place.*Can you please offer me a more sensible solution to this problem.
