I bought a pre order of a video game with a seperate order of the controller as well. I canclled my controller order due to financial problems but not the video game I ordered. Now, they gave me the ** dollars back ONLY for the game controller. Which is what I wanted. But when I check my Best Buy account, it says that my video game order isnt there when I paid for it AND they didnt give me the money back. So it must still be in my account somewhere right? The in store pick up is just in a few days and im not sure what to do. I got a verification email saying it canceled ONLY the controller but my pre order for the video game doesnt exsist on my account?
