I ordered a new washer and dryer from Best Buy. I had several other stores to order from, but Best Buy had the best delivery date, Tuesday, December * with a delivery window of **-* pm. Best Buy sent an email on Tuesday that narrowed the window from *-* pm. I made sure I was home from **:** pm and by *:** pm, I realized the delivery wasn't going to happen. I spent the evening on hold with customer service, only to see later that I need to reschedule my delivery date. I am unable to take another day off from work, since I do not get paid when I do so. I am upset that there was not any correspondence about the order not being delivered. My life was definitely on hold for this delivery, which didn't happen. Is there any way Customer Service could contact me?
