The issue in GetHuman-ggfd's own words
We flew home on **** in order to receive a gas stove on ****. The day before the scheduled delivery, the XPO delivery company left two voicemails stating the window in which they would arrive and stating that they would call **" before arrival. When we did not hear from them, we called XPO who contacted the driver*installer. He was not aware that we were on his delivery list but said he would go to Best Buy, pick up the stove and deliver it between *-*pm. I then called Best Buy and discovered that the stove was not even there and would not be available until January **th! This has been a loss of time and money for us. The problem could have been avoided had Best Buy contacted us letting us know that they did not have the item.
GetHuman-ggfd did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
