I purchased a range on ********-The range was to be delivered *******-I received a call on the morning ******* from BestBuy stating it would not be delivered due to not being able to find range in warehouse and that they could deliver it on Friday ******* however due to order not being completed by warehouse it could not be sched and they would call me back later today.No follow up received.I called BestBuy was on hold for about **min-a young lady answered-said she would look into it and asked if she could place me on hold for approx. *-*min-about ** more mins went by and Jewel picked up-Again put me on hold-came back and said the range has not been released from one warehouse to another and she could not set up a delivery date until it has which she would call me back tomorrow by *am-Are you kidding me?
