I bought a phone from Best Buy. It cost about $**.**. I returned it because my wife couldn't read the numbers on the key pad as she as macular degeneration. The charged me a 'restocking' fee, which was $**.**. That is unethical and outrageous. A shabby policy. After years of shopping at Best Buy, I won't ever have to risk such an ugly issue, as I won't be back. And of course, no one will care . I am sure you are proud of this policy, and want to support it at all costs. And one customer is not much of a cost. Bye!
