I bought a Samsung galaxy s* on Friday the **rd, the “phone” arrived on Thursday the ** and when I opened the package it was a keyboard?, I went to two different Best Buy stores and they weren’t able to solve the problem. They said they submitted a form but when I called customer service they didn’t know anything about it. I am leaving the country on Saturday the *th and I need the phone before then but for some reason you guys aren’t able to do express shipping. I even said I was willing to take a different color if that was the only way I could get it on time but they said a different color is a different product? Oh and not to say that after being on the phone for like ** mins both my calls failed. I am just very disappointed on how inefficient you guys are being at solving this problem knowing that this was an unacceptable mistake from you. This was my first online purchase with you guys and I’m highly debating if I want to do it again. I hope you can solve this as soon as possible and that I’m able to receive my product before I have to leave the country
