Order *BBY**-*************Refrigerator was delivered with a dent in the door. Too big for me to put in my car & return to ups, so I scheduled a pickup but it will cost me $*.**. I shouldn't have to pay to return a damaged item. Waited on hold for over ** minutes twice yesterday for bestbuy customer service. Finally reached them today after ** minute wait on hold. Although website directs me to call for special instructions for damaged item, rep just told me exactly what was on the website. No special instructions. I want the ups pickup fee of *.** refunded to me.
GetHuman-newportn did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
