On November **th I ordered a certified excellent open box **" *k Roku smart TV (order *BBY**-************) and I have not received it. Up until the estimated delivery date the best buy website said my order was being reserved and now it just says shipping delays, I have a feeling that this is caused by a lack of open box TV's that are certified excellent. So I'm currently paying for cable I can't use because Best Buy sold me a tv you don't have. I would like for Best Buy to just ship me a new version of the tv instead. At the time of purchase there was a $** difference between the new TV and the version I bought. I am hoping you don't insist I pay to remedy a problem that I had no part in creating, but if I need to I will. If I'm wrong about the cause of the shipping delays then just ignore this.
