I purchased items online on ******** (Order *BBY**-************) I see the charges (payment processing) came through separately for the television and the video games (Fallout and Assassins Creed * $**.**).*The person I am currently on the phone with (Len) keeps repeating herself over and over and is of no use to me. I understand the funds have been authorized twice, one will fall off on **** but why were they authorized twice? They should have only been authorized once for the $**.**, not twice. Now I have an additional $**.** that I do not have access to in my account because Best Buy authorized twice. Len is obviously reading a script as she keeps saying the same sentence over and over "I have reviewed your account". This is unacceptable. She has no supervisor or someone else I can speak to that is not reading a script. I just want to know why the authorization was put through twice and why I have to wait until next Tuesday for the authorization to drop off? She then asked me for my bank fax number? Really, a fax? That is going to fix this? (Case ID**********) Please, I am looking for an actual reason why the authorizations were put through twice, please.
