Dear Staff, *I bought a Hoover Vacuum cleaner from your store in South Charleston , W.V. on ********. Ref. number on bottom of receipt **************. *In end of September **** the power switch failed. I called Hoover Customer Support several times and this what they offered to do. There was no authorized repair service in Charleston area ( metro area of about ***,*** people). They said I could drive ** miles to drop off in Point Pleasant, W.V. to Hoover service center and drive back another ** miles. Then drive another ** miles roundtrip to pickup. I said that is *** miles of driving and an unacceptable solution for a *$ part repair. They then said I could send it to Point Pleasant at my cost. They offered no other solution.*Frustrated I went and paid for repair myself at local generic vacuum repair shop - who would only repair if combined with general service since would have dismantle vacuum cleaner to repair. My cost was **.**dollars. *Can you help with Hoover on reimbursement or provide alternative solutions. *I think it is unacceptable for Hoover to not have a local authorized repair for community this size.*Thank you,*Ian Burdett
