Had terrible customer service trying to get an appliance redelivered after your delivery truck broke down. Case * ********* on *******. Offered $**, fund ID * F*******. On ***** I called back and then offered $*** and still no gift card. Was speaking to customer service & put on hold then transferred to Reggie in Chicago who is the "case manager" & he hung up on me. I had already been on hold for * hr and * minutes & still no answer. I don't understand why your team is not better coached on how to not have an attitude & pretend that they are in charge. ie do you want me to help you or not!
