I was dissatisfied with my ** minute appointment with the Geek squad in the Brick store. My issue wasn't resolved. I made another appointment one hour later for the same issue. I did not keep it. *What's the point.*When I purchased the extended service plan, I thought that I would have enough time to resolve any issue I had with my Google Chromebook.*I feel ** minutes is hardly enough time to get anything accomplished. There were only two representatives working that day.*Hire more Geeks, and allow more time for appointments!*Sicerely*Darlene Davis
