I was in the store on Saturday to shop for a couple items on the black Friday sale. I bought a **" Samsung tv, but was unable to purchase the soundbar I wanted. It was a Samsung *.* Soundbar with sub woofer for $***.**. The guy who sold me the tv said that they were completely out of those soundbars. This was Saturday morning, early into the sale that was supposed to go through Monday. I checked online Sunday and they were still out of stock. I checked Monday and they were still out of stock. Then, on Tuesday, the day after the sale ended, suddenly they were back in stock. I didn't get offered a rain check or anything, which I thought was something Best Buy did for their customers. Is there any way to get this sale price since the store ran out so early into the sale. It's a normal item the the store regularly sells, so it's not like we're talking about a limited time item. Can someone please help me with this. I have a receipt and proof that I was in on Saturday and did purchase a tv as I stated earlier. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
