To the Managers of Best Buy:*My name is Puthai Oongao.*I am writing to express my concerns about a recent issue I experienced today. I was supposed to have a deliver and installation tv. The installer (Benjamin) did arrive at the house around *:**p, however I was ** minutes later. Here's where the problem started, The installer did he protocol, where they called and leaves a message. He called the one of my phone numbers, I told the salesperson when I made the purchases to calls only my cell phone number. Since I didn't get the message, he cancelled and sent my order to reschedule status. I found all this out when I was on the phone with customer service representatives who was helping me figure out with my no show deliver*install. She saw the section on where the notes stated that my cell phone number should be my main form of contact, I got many texts about when the service was going to happen to today, but I didn't any texts about the arrival of the installer. I never got an early phone calls prior to his arrival to my place. (This was the reason I asks my sale person to makes sure that my cell phone was the main contact). When I was discussing my issue with the customer service, she also informed me that one of the order was backorder* or not in stock. My sale person did not tells me that it was not in stock, if I knew that then I was have picks something else. She doesn't have an ETA on the my soundbar. She finished with me and then transfer me to "sale" department, so they can help me choose another soundbar, but the wait was so long. After that I calls your customer service to complaint, but another more than ** minutes wait time. I was disappointed with Best Buy today, I have never had any issues with Best Buy with all the times I purchased and visited there. Another thing, I switched my work schedule so I could be there.
