I placed an order yesterday to have a TV delivered and mounted on Dec *. Today I received an automated call saying that I would need to reschedule delivery. When I went online to reschedule, the earliest time for delivery*installation was Dec **. This is unacceptable and I want my purchase of the item and installation to be cancelled. **I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour with BB customer service and was transferred from another department * times (over an hour of my time) before I was disconnected. This has been an appallingly bad customer experience and I want my purchase cancelled so I can proceed with purchasing from a more reliable and considerate retailer.
GetHuman-rpassber did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
