Hello,**I am writing to inform you about my awful experience with your company. I ordered an LG **” tv online on Thursday November **, **** for your Black Friday sale. I scheduled the delivery date for the following Monday November **, **** between **:** and *:**pm. The delivery company called me to ask if they could drop off on the same Monday between *:**am and **:** pm, which I then agreed to. However, on Sunday November **, **** at approximately *:** pm (while I was at work and did not have access to my phone) the delivery service called me * times stating that they were around the corner from my house because they had another delivery in the area. I was unable to return their call until approximately *:** pm in which the man on the phone was extremely rude stating “I thought you would be appreciative that we were dropping your item off a day early since most people are off on Sundays...” he continuously spoke over me and his response to how could I resolve this problem was to contact Best Buy. After hanging up from the most frustrating conversation I’ve endured in some time I called Best Buy customer support services, since the Best Buy that our tv was dropped off to was closed. After being on hold for almost an hour I spoke with a very nice young lady who attempted to help me but since the delivery was marked as “Missed” and the tv was brought back to the store she was unable to set up a new delivery date. She advised that I wait until the following morning and contact the store directly. I contacted the store, I was placed on hold for ** mins and then I was hung up on. I called back and finally got in touch with a man who advised that our tv was in fact at the store and that they wouldn’t be able to deliver until Saturday December *st. Or that we could provide our own method to pick up the tv. My husband decided to borrow his fathers truck drive ** mins to the Best Buy location to which they advised they would not help him lift the tv into the truck since it could not lay flat. He then had to wait for his mother to drive an hour with her SUV to which they advised the tv wouldn’t fit so they weren’t able to help load the tv in her vehicle either. Finally after an hour and a half he was able to get a supervisor to help load the tv into the truck and strap it down. Of course as he drives the tv home it starts to pour and the box got soaking wet. Luckily the tv still works but I will never use your online services again and I will be sure to advise any one else who is considering to do so, not to. This has been the worst purchasing experience I have honestly ever had. No one has even offered to componsate us in any way for the troubles we have endured. Very disappointed.
