In August of this year, our Dell XPS**** was traded in at our BestBuy and in its place, we were able to order a Lenovo Desktop. At that time, BestBuy have a "special" regarding a Lenovo "All-in-One" Desktop" which after doing some research, I was able to actually order the regular system whereby, I would receive the regular Lenovo System which, included a Monitor and Tower.*During my "wait" of about * days or so, I actually received the "All-in-One" System which was not the system I was hoping to receive. Perhaps, that could be the reason for the quicker delivery of just * days versus the normal * days of delivery.*I have owned quite a few Desktops during the past number of years and (of course) this system wasn't even available during these years.*I am in no way an "expert" on a computer but, all I wished for at the "trade" time was a system with an I* CPU and a "Tower" which, would allow me to get back to what I had in prior years.*For quite a period of time, perhaps * months or so, every email that I sent AND every phone call I made has fallen on "deaf" ears at BestBuy.*Whether this next comment has any "bearing" regarding my problem, I guess I will never know.*I figured if I am a member of the "GeekSquad" and the latest "Total Tech Support" which both cost monies, I should, at the very least, have heard from BestBuy by now - November ** of ****
