I recently purchased a Kenwood mobile radio from Daytona Best Buy. When I went for the install the installers told me I didn’t have all the parts and yes it was xm ready but the salesman didn’t include the xm install kit. It was going to cost me an additional $*** on top of the $*** I had already paid. I canceled the purchase and will probably never buy from Best Buy again. The sales person knew what I wanted and why would I purchase an XM radio if I didn’t want XM . Not only did you lose a purchase but the installers had a couple hours down time too. *John Maples****-***-****
