I made an order to pickup bose sports headphones...I didn't receive a confirmation Immediately as I was told. So when I went into bestbuy during my lunch, I spent a half an hour having a women look into all of my information and she couldn't find my order...She also couldn't even give me directions on how I could get a refund. This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had and a waste of my lunch. I want my money back and will never purchase from you again. Thank you.
