The issue in GetHuman-betsymat's own words
I am writing to complain. For years I have purchased from Best Buy for all of our technology items... laptops, Kindles, DVD player... In September I purchased a replacement Kindle with the * year warranty through Geek Squad. Then in October I needed to get it replaced because it got dropped. I had to buy the new * year warranty all over again!!!!! That was another $** even though I had just used only one month of the plan on the previous one. All the other times I have used my Geek Squad plan they have either waived the fee or refunded me the unused portion or credited me the unused portion.... The Best Buy in Bismarck, ND would not do this for me. I am very upset with their Geek Squad help even beyond that. They were not so friendly and helpful. The guy helping me wouldn't even listen to me when I asked him about it. If you want to look at what I am talking about the info on my purchases are under my phone number (***)***-****. I purchased a Kindle Fire on Sept. ** at the Cascade Station Best Buy in Portland, OR. Then the transaction for the replacement kindle in Bismarck, ND was on Oct **. We were traveling so that's why the transaction was in ND and not in OR. Thank you for taking time to read my complaining.
