I bought a LG ** inch TV today Sunday Nov. ** at your Best Buy store **** in Matthews NC. It was a floor model. Price $***.** and I bought a * year warranty. I am one hour away. I got home and found out the remote was not included nor was any booklet with instructions. It’s Sunday night and I can’t even watch my new TV. I am very disappointed. *The tag did say that remote wasn’t included but I didn’t see it until I got home. The salesman (Jimmy) should had told me this. I called store and got no satisfaction. Was told if the tag said that* then that was it. Not even I’m sorry. *It’s a total inconvenience. Now I have to go back and BUY a remote. I think this should have been handled with a little better service. And Jimmy wasn’t available to talk to me. My phone number is ***-***-****.
