I purchase two items from Best Buy ******** for an overseas trip which I returned **********.**First item I purchase was World Power Travel Adapters $**.** and second item was Insignia International Wall $**.** recommended by Best Buy employee.***I went back first thing this morning to return both items in their original packaging. Upon my request for credit back on my credit card I was told I was * days late for credit card return and would I receive store credit. I asked for a manager and Kyle Front End Lead store ***** appeared.**Kyle told me it was up to his discretion if I received credit back on my card and it was his discretion to give me store credit. If Kyle was trained for Customer Service Relations by Best Buy I do have my reservations concerning his skills because of his cold authoritative attitude.**I received my store credit however I would like to replace store credit for credit card credit.**Please advise my options.**Best,*Jimmy Kilshaw***** Deer Mountain Ct.*Kingwood, TX **********-***-****
