My husband and I purchased two Net ** Wireless Essential data User cards at $**.** each minus $*.** x * discounts . Total was $**.** * *.*** ****** for tax * $**.** on October *, ****. The sales associate gave us a receipt and said our pin numbers would be emailed to my husband's email account which we provided. The email was never sent. We went ahead and purchased additional cards at a different store, with the scratch off codes and loaded those right up. We figured we'd led BestBuy get the email codes to us for next months usage. We checked again for the email and did not find it. Checked our junk file etc... We called your customer service number at * am pacific time, and gave the receipt*transaction pink **** *** **** ****** to the representative on the phone. She looked up the information and said that we should look for the email within ** to ** hours. She also called my husband again at around *:** pm and told him to watch his inbox. We checked again this morning but no email has been sent. The reference for yesterdays conversation is: *********. We told the representative that if the pins do not show up we expect a full refund for the unusable cards purchased from you. We never have this problem with the other cards we have purchased elsewhere. We had to purchase two new cards yesterday to use our phones for the next ** day cycle. **One of the problems could be that the customer associate at the original store **** listed my husband's email address in all caps. It is rick *****@***.com. Please try to send the pins that way first, and if that does not work, we expect a full refund for the unusable cards sold at your store. Again, we never have problems with the other type of cards, so you might want to sell those instead, the ones with scratch off numbers on the back. You just have to make sure they are activated at the store before you leave. **Please let us know as soon as possible of your remedy. We also told the original store associate, after he told us that the pins would be emailed, that we wish we had know that before purchase, and that we would be saving those for next month's use. **Best,**Rick and Valerie Strange
