My name is Joseph Roach.******@***.com*Last Sunday some used my credit card number and apparently set up an account in my name and used my email address all to buy a **** dollar computer.*Thankfully you guys determined it was a fraudulent attempt and reversed the charge and cancelled the order.*Since I have received several emails from *best buy. I have tried to log into my account but do not know the password the thief used and your "forgot your password option"will not allow me in. *I want this account closed , the emails to stop.* I am impressed you realized the fraudulent attempt but your customer service really *****. I have been to your website several times and not yet found a way to communicate this with best buy.
