My husband and I have been customers with Best Buy for the pass ** years all our home appliances and computers we have buy with Best Buy we expected a better customer service than what we are getting: we bought a dishwasher along with the extended warranty, it was working good with the exception that was making a small noise ask geek squad to come and have a look at it they said it needed a new fun small job they came and replace the fun later on after they fix it I turned it on it went totally crazy dripping water I try to turn it off and couldn’t do it called geek squad and ask for help they said that because it was after eight they couldn’t do any things by this time my washer has been going on for more than * hours explain to them it was not turning off that I even try to open the door and it keep going on I couldn’t turned it off, I was afraid this thing would overheate and go on fire all they did was to tell me to turned the main power switch off they didn’t explain to me how to do it I had to wait for another hour and half until my son got home and do it for me. by now four weeks have passed and they haven’t fixed it they said the earliest appt they have is for the ** , that ordered *** different parts this part have arrived I called them and ask if they could send some one they said no, after my dishwasher was working find now they are going to rebuild it ask them to give me a new one because I can wait any longer for them to come and fixed it I am diabetic and have problems in my feet I can’t be standing on my feet doing dishes and they said they couldn’t do that I called the Best Buy manager and left a message that was tree days ago and hasn’t received a call back really this are the services and product that you are offering to good customers?
