Dear Best Buy,*My online order was cancelled because you "couldn't verify my information". When I tried again on the phone, the order was again cancelled. Shortly thereafter, my credit card company decided that my card needed to be replaced. I suspect that this happened because Best Buy cancelled the transaction. It appears to me that Best Buy decided that my legitimate transaction was suspicious.*The inconvenience has been extensive.*I am currently planning to wait a very long time before I patronize Best Buy again. There isn't a lot you can do at this point to replace the time and effort I've had to spend on this problem (which I believe you created), but an apology would be nice.
