Hi I had a few rewards Zone certificate I had extended because of certain circumstances I could not use them on time. They were about to expire again and I reached out to my reward zone support said I was buying a TV at the end of the month and I just needed an extension of a couple weeks if possible. I was told they could do it for me one more time but that would be if I did not use them after this extension they will expire. The gentleman was able to extend the two certificates but the third he said there was a problem with the system and I would have to call back into days when the certificate expired and then they would re-issue he gave me a case number and I’ll even called me back expressing his apologies for this system error. I called back when it expired so I can get it re-issued I gave the case number and was told there was no case put in I was also told that I did not speak to anyone on Friday, November * and the last time I spoke to somebody was in September which is a total lie. I was told that this certificate will not be re-issued to me. My problem is I was told by a Best Buy reward Zone rep To let the certificate expire and they would re-issue if I knew this was going to be a problem I would have spent the hundred dollar certificate instead of throwing it away and letting it expire we’re not talking about five dollars here this is $*** certificate and I think it’s ridiculous that I’m having problems with this because a rep Told me to let it expire and he would reissue.
