I purchased an Acer Chrome Spin ** a little over * month ago. To date, I cannot get it up and running. I don't think there is anything mechanically wrong with the machine....I just do NOT understand it , or the language relating to it. I can put in my Google email address, and it asks for a password...nothing I put in is accepted. I'm very very frustrated and would like to know is it too late to return it for another model ? I just cannot work with this one. I'm ** yr old, not a computer guru, and extremely sorry I purchased this one.
