I received a Best Buy Birthday wishes email yesterday. I clicked on the link for the offer. The offer indicated a **% discount on an order but did not provide a promo code. I called Best Buy customer service. The service rep could not help me with the purchase because it needed to be escalated for help. My call was transferred to a second rep who said that she could not approve that the order would need an approval. My call was transferred to a third person who applied a code as well as my *% reward and indicated that she was having trouble with her system and proceeded to put me on hold for over ** min. This was now almost ** minutes into the request. She never picked up so I called back and spoke to Joshua. He was very helpful but indicated that the **% did not apply to my purchase because the item was on sale. SKU ******* - LG UBK**. Nice Happy Birthday Promo and follow-up to my call.
GetHuman-leggmaso did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
