On Friday, October **,****, when my package*two DVDs did not arrive, as promised by a Best Buy E-Mail, when I contacted Best Buy Customer Service, insisting the package has probably been stolen (as this is a rare occurrence, because usually Best Buy packages arrive to me, as scheduled*without incident), Best Buy pledged to re-send another*second package*the same two DVDs on November *, ****. Fortunately, as an outcome of Best Buy's additional efforts to conduct an investigation regarding why the delivery service neglected to deliver my Order on Friday, October **, ****, I received my Order on October **, ****. The second*re-issued package*DVDs arrived October **, ****. As always, Best Buy's customer services are fast*reliable*courteous. Consequently, I must return the second*re-issued package*two DVDs to Best Buy. Please instruct me, is it required for me to re-send the second*re-issued package*two DVDs (which I DID NOT open) via Certified Mail or is it acceptable to take the package to a Best Buy Store.
