I brought a macbook pro open box item on ********** receipt number ***** *** ****. When i brought the laptop i was notified that the laptop will have one year of warranty and will also be eligible for Apple care *. But when i went to Apple store I was notfied that the macbook was originally brought back in June **** and it was not eligible for apple care *, also the warranty on this laptop is only till June ****. **I went to the store to replace this laptop with another open box item they asked me to reach out to best buy customer service on phone. The customer service on phone are asking me to go back to apple store to get replacement. **There is an open box item available for shipping (please see the link below).
