Today I went into your Fair Lakes Fairfax VA store to purchase a Ring Video door bell. A older representative walked up and asked if I had any questions. I explained what I wanted even, told him I did all the electrical work in my family: (I am a black female with a IT background). The gentleman spoke to me like I was an illiterate and suggested if I had a younger person work with me I might be able to install the door bell with assistance. I shop at our store for most of my electronics, including cell phone upgrades and am currently working with Alex Pardo (Magnolia section) to upgrade my theatre system that I purchased from you several years ago.sman I was so turned off by my interaction with this employee I left the store and purchased the Ring Video door bell from Amazon. Not sure if the employee did not think I had the skill and expertise to install the door bell because I am Black or female, but he definitely turned me off and lost a electronics sale for your store. *BTW I love your store and have purchase from this location over ** years. Just wanted to share my experience.
