To whom it may concern:* *RE: order * ***************I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with this order and would like to be compensated for the loss of time and many issues that this order has put us through.* *On September **, ****, we bought a KitchenAid refrigerator model * KRSC***ESS at Best Buy on Almaden Expressway with the promised delivery date of September **, ****. A new order was created on the *th of October by the Best Buy employee (Matt).**Unfortunately, your product was not delivered because it was damaged in route. My husband took a day off to wait for this delivery and spoke to numerous people that day. We were then given another delivery date, October **, ****. My husband again took another day off and waited around for a delivery that did not happen. After talking to more people as well as visits to the store, we were given another date, October **, ****. This time I took a day off. Once again, the haul away folks came and left because they were not able to do the job. However, this time the refrigerator was delivered but it was not installed. We contacted Best Buy again and was given a *th date, October **, ****, for the haul away and installation.**Did I mention the haul away folks damaged one of the steps of our deck while hauling away the old built-in? He tried to fix it but it was a terrible job.**I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
