I had an above range microwave installed on *******. The installer, without knowing drilled through an electrical wire and I lost power in * outlets. After talking to Best Buy customer service, Darlene told me to have an electrician come out and repair it. She gave me a claim number, and said someone would be contacting me. Never happened, I've called left several messages. I would like this taken care of, I should be reimbursed for the electrician, drywall needs to be repaired, microwave needs to be put back up. This is turning into a big issue which wasn't necessary. Please help as soon as possible. Thank you, Debby
