The issue in GetHuman-roachem's own words
I paid for two televisions a couple of weeks ago, both which were supposed to be delivered on October *th. Only one television showed up on that day. Since then Best Buy has rescheduled the delivery four separate times and each time I waited at home for the delivery only to be informed at the end of the day the television would not be delivered (each time I received emails and phone calls the night before saying the television would be delivered between *am-*pm). *Each day I took time off work to be home for the delivery and when I called the geek squad number I was told the warehouse did not have the television in stock. I questioned the agent each time why I received emails and callls each time saying it would be delivered on four separate occasions and they had no answer. *This has been an unbelievably horrible experience with a company I had trust in and spent a lot of money on two televisions they said were in stock and would be delivered on several different dates and times.*My time is very valuable and it cost me to take off work and wait for a delivery that never happened.

GetHuman-roachem did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
