My warranty for my laptop expired at the time that I was having a baby. I called three days after to renew my warranty and was given the run around. I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Xavier, rep * A*******, who stated that I should be within the ** days grace period to renew. After speaking with Xavier, who gave me the wrong information, I asked for his supervisor. I explained my circumstance to Elvira to who then transferred me to Jr. Roberts, who then stated that Xavier was the person to help me because Xavier is the supervisor.
GetHuman1335409 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
