I have an elite account with Best Buy I purchased a couple years ago television for almost $**** I never got any points for it. I also purchased A Dell laptop computer and all the accessories pen mouse etc. I just recently purchased another laptop computer and HP with the printer. I also purchased this year Amazon echo plus with the hue white bulb and smart Wi-Fi Hs***. I also purchased earphones for my iPhone and cables for the TV I also purchased a record player and a cable for over $*** and also the price of the cable. My problem is half of the stuff is not showing up on my account for reWard points. And I’m just an elite customer not an elite pro?In the process I got a new phone number that could’ve been a problem I also updated my debit card at the bank which could’ve been a problem. But the point is regardless if I change my number or updated my account none of this appears or most of it does not appear on my account and I never received reward add points for it.
