Walked in to your store on Friday the **st to get new accessories for my iPhone X’s max when I walked into the iPhone accessories area had some things that said to asked for and staff members for help so I wait for like **-** minutes to see if someone would help I had to go find someone and have them help me which they didn’t seem to happy about it with so I asked about a screen project what was said to be instock and was told no there was none and have been any even though I looked * minutes before going so I was told all you had was invisible shield glass screen protectors then I asked if they would install it for me they said yeah we install they do it up there for you with no problems so I end up find a different band of screen protector and got a case and and other accessorie for the nice deal of buy * get **% off now I get up to pay I asked about the installation of the screen protector first and they said yeah yeah and act like I wasn’t even asking a wearing so I asked again and to see who does it and then he got mad and said yes we do but you need to pay so pay first so I pay then he say here your recipt have a great day I said hold up what about the screen protector and he said what about it I said I asked you twice if you put it on and when and you said after I paid and I was told over there by the co worker you guys do it up here to be told oh no it’s a ten dollar charge then when I said not what I was told he said that not true and that I can pay return items or leave the store I left so mad out of your store never been treated so rudely about something that I was try to clearly understand and that one of your employees said yess and the other act like I’m some kind of jerk for asking that completely unacceptable so I lreturn the screen protector and charger I got as my third accessorie keep the cause and then was told heres back your money even though it was less then what I gave them because it was my fault I was returning the items due to your customer service is terribleness and how they treated paying customers and was charge full price for my case and was told by him it was only *.** and never heard it being *.** so I don’t want kind of game you guys play but this is completely unacceptable and I’m beyond disappointed in they way I was tried nothing but lying and disrespectful employees there
